  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting reservoir engineering.
  • Champion best practices in data management and technical integrity.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, CMG, PETREL RE), reservoir characterization techniques, and production forecasting.
  • Strong background in reservoir economics, risk analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to lead complex reservoir studies and deliver impactful recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical efforts in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience with unconventional reservoirs and/or enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques is highly desirable.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
