  • Develop remote diagnostic tools and methodologies to enhance service efficiency.
  • Respond to critical service escalations and ensure rapid resolution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or repair of complex automated systems, robotics, or industrial machinery.
  • Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing electromechanical systems, PLCs, HMI, and robotic control systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Experience with remote diagnostic tools and remote access technologies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site support if absolutely necessary (though the role is primarily remote).
  • Experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly advantageous.
