The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving organic traffic and managing paid search campaigns, is required. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and SEM platforms (Google Ads certified is a plus) is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for reporting and collaboration.
