  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive mechanical engineering.
  • Proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex systems (engine, transmission, chassis, electrical).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard diagnostic software and hardware.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Experience with data analysis and report generation is essential.
