Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- ASE certifications (Master Technician, Advanced Engine Performance Specialist) or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a strong emphasis on complex problem-solving.
- Expert knowledge of vehicle electronic systems, engine management, powertrain, and chassis control systems.
- Proficiency with advanced diagnostic scanners, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other relevant tools.
- Experience using remote diagnostic platforms and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of clearly explaining technical issues to both technicians and potentially customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
