The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to plan, produce, and publish high-impact content across our client portfolio. You'll
shoot and edit video and photography
, design thumb-stopping creatives, manage channels and communities, and translate on-ground activations into compelling digital stories that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute channel strategies (IG, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content calendars.
  • Capture content on-site
    during activations: vertical video, BTS, live snippets, and stills.
  • Design graphics
    for posts, carousels, stories, ads; light motion preferred.
  • Schedule, post, and manage communities; escalate issues per protocol.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Support small paid social boosts; brief media/performance teams on larger flights.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and a tidy asset library; manage creators/vendors as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven videography & photography
    skills (portfolio required).
  • Graphic design proficiency
    (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent).
  • Video editing for short-form (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut or equivalent).
  • 3+ years in social/content roles (agency or brand), strong copy and trend sense.
  • Data literacy with platform analytics; basic UTM understanding.
  • Willingness to work some evenings/weekends for events (TOIL per policy).
  • Legal right to work in Kenya.

Nice to have:
Motion graphics (AE), studio lighting basics, influencer coordination, experience on experiential/BTL campaigns.
