**Job Title: Customer Experience Marketing Manager
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview:
Bandari Beauty is seeking a bold and commercially astute Customer Experience Marketing
Manager to contribute and champion our end-to-end marketing and customer growth strategy.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerce, tasked with delivering brand
excellence and measurable business growth across all customer touch points (digital and
physical)
You will be the strategic operator behind customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and
advocacy. From launching brand campaigns and driving influencer partnerships to optimizing
CRM funnels and analyzing performance metrics, your scope will be full-spectrum.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who can balance storytelling with hard-nosed business
planning, who thrives on accountability, and who is driven by the ambition to build Bandari
Beauty into Africa's benchmark beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic marketing planning aligned to business growth targets and customer
lifecycle goals.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, events,
influencer, and PR channels.
• Own the marketing calendar: manage launches, promotions, activations, and seasonal
plans with precision.
• Ensure all marketing activity is grounded in sound commercial logic: contribute to sales
forecasting, inventory planning, and ROI analysis.
• Build and optimize CRM, loyalty, and referral programs to enhance LTV and reduce
churn.
• Translate brand identity into visual and verbal content that is consistent, premium, and
magnetic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, operations, and finance teams to ensure
seamless execution.
• Track, report, and analyze performance against KPIs; adjust strategy based on data.
• Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and innovation opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
:
• 3+ years in marketing, customer experience, or brand strategy roles; beauty, retail, or
lifestyle sector experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives with
measurable ROI.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to sales forecasts, P&L, and
strategic business planning.
• Experience managing cross-channel marketing calendars and customer lifecycle
programs.
• Adept in digital platforms, performance marketing, CRM tools, and analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for, planning and implementing social media strategies, managing the company's social media channels(Instagram,facebook,tiktok,youtube),creating original and innovative content, and ensuring that brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
The manager will also engage with the online community, monitor social media metrics, and collaborate with other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.

– ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in alignment with brand objectives. - Bonus
