About the Role
I'm a seasoned media buyer currently running campaigns for brands like KFC and Dairyland, and I'm looking for a Junior Media Buyer to execute campaigns for my private clients. I'll provide strategy and guidance, you'll handle day-to-day execution and optimization. Perfect for someone eager to learn while working autonomously.
What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Manage budgets, pacing, and daily performance monitoring
- Run A/B tests and implement tactical optimizations
- Report on performance and communicate insights to clients
- Pull reports and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Research and guide creative ad angles - Work with content team
- Maintain organized campaign documentation
NB: Every once in a while, we'll visit physical locations of the businesses, all in Nairobi. I need someone who will show up for these as well. Oftentimes, this will be weekends or evenings.
What You Need
- 1-2 years media buying experience (Meta and Google Ads required)
- Strong grasp of performance metrics and optimization techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communicator who works well independently
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting tools
Bonus Points
- E-commerce or lead gen campaign experience (Required)
- Tracking/attribution knowledge (GTM, pixels)
- Multi-client management experience
