Your day at NTT DATA
As a Client Manager at NTT DATA, your role will center on building and nurturing relationships with our assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving expansion across all solution areas. - Manages and grows relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.

- Approaches the management of the account in a systematic way by identifying the strategy which will be used to develop and grow the account profitably.
- Performs vulnerability analysis of company's position in comparison to that of competitors and vendors to ensure the client's requirement is at the heart of the proposed solution.
- Positively influences and enables financial control, governance and compliance in a region throughout area of specialization to prevent and reduce financial costs.
- Acts as first point of contact for client issues.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales related field.

Required experience:
- Seasoned experience in a global partner management role.
- Seasoned experience in a sales environment and/or customer service role.
- Seasoned experience in the IT or professional services industry with a focus on business development and/or sales.

- Partner with the Client Development team to manage timelines, RFP responses, and stakeholder alignment

About The Role
Your role will involve supporting strategic procurement by developing category plans using Diageo's methods to enhance procurement value, leading or assisting with sourcing initiatives for specific spend categories, and implementing category strategies in collaboration with global and market specialists. Experience / Skills Required
We are seeking candidates with a graduate or equivalent qualification who are members of a professional body such as CIPS. You should have a minimum of 4–5 years' experience in Procurement, Finance, FMCG Commercial, or another relevant field, with expertise in supply markets and spend categories pertinent to the role. Demonstrated success in projects and cross-market teams is essential, along with experience in developing and executing category and procurement strategies, and managing supplier negotiations. Strong analytical skills and financial awareness are crucial, including an understanding of AOP requirements and financial goals relevant to the categories in scope. A proven track record of generating insights to influence decision-making is important, alongside good commercial acumen. Proficiency in systems like SAP, PRDM, M/S Office, E-collaborate or similar tools is required. The Client Success Manager (CSM) is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing people management initiatives, and fostering collaboration across departments. The CSM serves as the primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in a client-facing or customer-service management role.
- 1+ years managing teams and subordinates, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Prior experience working in a B2B environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with experience in growth planning and service alignment.
- Skilled in change management and driving process adoption.
- Culturally competent with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage.
- Experience in e-commerce or BPO is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
