What You Will Do
- Monitor and optimize search campaign performance, ensuring results align with client goals and budgets while implementing solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
- Lead the implementation of paid search strategies, translating campaign activities into actionable business impacts for clients.
- Create detailed client reports, tracking key metrics, revenue, and paid search initiatives while providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Analyze paid search data, turning insights into strategic recommendations that drive measurable results for clients.
- Manage relationships with search partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment on key initiatives.
- Plan and allocate monthly paid search budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve campaign goals.
- Collaborate across channels, aligning paid search strategies with broader marketing initiatives, including PR, social, and programmatic efforts.
- Drive adoption of PMG's proprietary platform, Alli, working cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize its integration into paid search programs.
- Stay informed on SEM trends and changes, sharing insights with the team and integrating innovations into strategies.
- Lead a test-and-learn approach, driving continuous improvement in paid search strategies through experimentation and analysis.
- Mentor and train team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise while fostering their professional growth.
What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in paid search, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced expertise in managing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, delivering measurable results for clients.
- Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and reporting to optimize performance and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Experience with testing frameworks, including A/B testing and creative experimentation, to drive campaign improvements.
- Strong skills in implementing advanced strategies, such as keyword expansion, audience segmentation, and bidding optimizations.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics to deliver actionable insights and detailed performance reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external partners on key initiatives.
- A proactive approach to integrating paid search strategies with broader marketing efforts, driving consistency and impact across channels.

As a Client Development Lead, you'll play a key role in helping us connect with like-minded brands—through consultant-led RFPs, relationship-driven lead generation, and everything in between. Working alongside our Senior Principals and the Head of Growth, you'll help shape the materials, communication, and coordination that bring PMG's story to life in every pitch.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who thrives on clear communication, organized execution, and crafting compelling narratives. Whether supporting a high-stakes RFP or coordinating across teams to pursue a new opportunity, you'll be at the heart of how PMG shows up to win.
What You'll Be Doing
Consultant-Led Pitches
- Support the development of pitch materials and strategic communications for ~2 concurrent medium to large consultant-led opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape proposal content, presentations, and messaging—primarily for media-led pursuits (creative experience a plus)
- Partner with the Client Development team to manage timelines, RFP responses, and stakeholder alignment
- Work closely with PMG's Marketing team to build relationships with top agency search consultants and industry influencers
Lead Development & Relationship-Led Growth
- Assist in the development of pitch materials for ~2 concurrent medium to large lead development opportunities driven by direct relationships
- Help monitor and assess new business leads based on established criteria, escalating promising opportunities to Client Development leadership
- Support Client Strategy and Practice teams in nurturing leads and progressing them toward formal engagements
- Bring strong coordination and storytelling skills to opportunities that require tailored, thoughtful responses
Team & Operations Support
- Support operational excellence throughout the pitch process, including communication planning, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams
- Provide timely updates to the Client Development team and internal stakeholders throughout the pursuit lifecycle
- Uphold a high bar for clarity, quality, and consistency across all pitch materials and communications
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, client strategy, or communications (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a passion for storytelling and collaboration
- Experience supporting complex RFP or pitch processes, ideally in a cross-functional team setting
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Keynote, and project management platforms; familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- A proactive, positive mindset and a desire to grow within a high-performing, purpose-driven team
