Job Description: Product Owner – Digital Insurance & Banking

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with proven expertise in agile ways of working, product management, and digital product launches within the insurance and banking industries. The ideal candidate will own the entire product roadmap and vision framework, driving the successful delivery and evolution of digital products that can be purchased online. You will be the tactical lead, interfacing with developers, external business stakeholders, and business analysts, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Product Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap framework.
• Agile Ways of Working: Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, PMP), facilitating cross-functional collaboration and sprint ceremonies.

Requirements
