You will be responsible for mentoring Scrum Masters, facilitating complex agile events, removing impediments at an organizational level, and promoting best practices in Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. This position demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving significant cultural change within a remote-first environment. You will coach product owners on backlog management and facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. - Coach and mentor multiple Scrum Masters and agile teams.

- Promote and implement agile best practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Guide Product Owners in maximizing value and effective backlog management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and self-organization.
- Advocate for agile adoption and transformation across the organization.
- Measure and report on team performance and agility metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Demonstrated experience coaching multiple teams and driving organizational change.
- Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), or similar advanced certification is highly desirable.
