  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to enhance productivity.
  • Apply Six Sigma principles and tools to solve complex manufacturing problems and reduce defects.
  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes or modify existing ones to meet production goals.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Certified Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
  • Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
  • Experience in process simulation and modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
