- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in line maintenance for commercial aircraft.
- Proven experience with a range of aircraft types, preferably including narrow-body and wide-body jets.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, avionics, powerplants).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by flight schedules.
