Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, from target identification to post-merger integration.
- Conduct thorough legal due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex transaction agreements, including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and merger agreements.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and strategic considerations related to M&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant securities laws, corporate laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, HR) and external legal counsel, investment bankers, and other advisors.
- Manage the legal aspects of divestitures and joint ventures.

- A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
