Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategy to lead their comprehensive online presence, operating in a fully remote capacity. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining, executing, and managing the company's digital marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven expert with a proven ability to craft innovative campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a remote-first position, empowering you to lead from anywhere. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising, ensuring a cohesive and impactful digital footprint. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with business objectives; Managing and optimizing all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing; Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging content across all digital platforms; Managing the company's social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy; Analyzing digital marketing performance data, identifying key insights, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization; Leading and mentoring a remote digital marketing team; Developing and managing the digital marketing budget; Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns; Driving continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms). Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a remote setting. Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation. Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is an advantage.
