  • Proficiency in geological modeling and resource estimation software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine).
  • Strong understanding of geochemistry, geophysics, and remote sensing applications in exploration.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with data management and quality control protocols.
  • Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) or equivalent designation is highly desirable.
