Our client, a cutting-edge biotechnology research institute, is seeking an experienced Senior Research Scientist specializing in Bioinformatics to join their globally distributed, fully remote team. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing complex biological datasets and driving discoveries in genomic research. The successful candidate will work remotely, contributing to projects that have implications for understanding diseases prevalent in regions like **Ongata Rongai, Kajiado, KE**, and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute sophisticated bioinformatics analyses on large-scale genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
  • Develop and implement novel computational methods and algorithms to address complex biological questions.
  • Collaborate closely with experimental biologists, clinicians, and other researchers to interpret data and guide experimental design.
