This is a fully remote position, allowing you to shape product roadmaps and market strategies from anywhere. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing innovative product concepts, and driving the successful launch and lifecycle management of a diverse product portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for the FMCG portfolio, aligned with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conducting in-depth market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
  • Leading the ideation, development, and launch of new FMCG products, from concept to commercialization.
  • Defining product requirements, specifications, and user stories, and collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, growth, and eventual end-of-life.
  • Developing compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitoring product performance, analyzing sales data, and gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market success.
  • Managing product P&Ls and making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends in the FMCG industry, including sustainability, digital innovation, and evolving consumer preferences.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA or a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven experience in developing and launching successful consumer products is essential. Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the FMCG value chain is required. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills are a must. Experience with data analytics tools and project management methodologies is beneficial.
