Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced thermal management systems for new and existing products, considering factors like heat dissipation, airflow, and material properties.
  • Perform detailed thermal analysis using analytical methods and industry-standard simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, SolidWorks Flow Simulation).
  • Create and validate thermal models to predict system performance under various operating conditions.
  • Identify potential thermal issues early in the design process and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with mechanical design, electrical engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated and efficient thermal solutions.
  • Specify and select thermal components such as fans, heat sinks, heat pipes, and thermal interface materials.
