Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and analysis of complex thermal management systems, including heat sinks, fans, heat pipes, and liquid cooling solutions, from concept to production.
- Perform detailed thermal simulations and analyses using industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, SolidWorks Flow Simulation, COMSOL) to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute rigorous thermal testing protocols to validate simulation results and ensure compliance with performance specifications.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in thermal management technologies and industry best practices, proactively recommending innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of new product concepts and roadmap initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Ensure all designs meet stringent quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design engineering, with a strong emphasis on thermal analysis and design.
- Proven expertise in CFD simulation and thermal modeling tools.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
