  • Design and implement statistical process control (SPC) measures to monitor and improve process quality.
  • Develop process simulations and models to test proposed changes before implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to implement process improvements.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.
  • Train production staff on new procedures and process improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency, output, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and SPC.
  • Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements.
