Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analyses of current manufacturing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

- Research and evaluate new industrial technologies and best practices to stay at the forefront of process improvement.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated experience in applying lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical tools.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote analysis with on-site implementation.
- Familiarity with automation and robotics in industrial settings is advantageous.
