- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to reduce waste, optimize workflow, and improve productivity.
- Lead Six Sigma projects (e.g., DMAIC) to reduce process variation and improve product quality.
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to monitor process performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma principles to production staff.
- Manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation and sustained results.
- Identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of long-term manufacturing strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process simulation and modeling software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
