- In-depth knowledge of healthcare infection control principles, EPA regulations, OSHA standards, and other relevant healthcare guidelines.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful cleaning, sanitation, and waste management programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in using environmental services management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex operations, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Certification from a recognized environmental services association (e.g., CIMS, CHESP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of pest control management and interior plantscaping is beneficial.
