Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of major civil engineering infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and buildings.

- Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, providing technical guidance and leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent registration is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with at least 4 years in project management roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, utilities, construction).
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Project management software).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Experience working in a remote project management capacity is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and lead distributed teams effectively.
