- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, adapted for remote team leadership.
- Proficiency in contract administration and dispute resolution.
- Ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
