Nouriva is a fast-food and catering brand serving Kakuma and Kalobeyei with fresh, affordable East African meals. We are hiring a Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage our social media accounts, Shopify store, and blog so we can turn attention into daily orders and catering bookings.
You will plan monthly promos, create and publish daily content, update products and bundles in Shopify, and track results with simple dashboards. You will work closely with kitchen, delivery, and operations to make sure offers are accurate and on time. This role is on site with some field work.
What you will do
- Run the social calendar and publish daily on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Shoot, edit, and caption short videos and photos that highlight meals, prep, riders, and customers.
- Manage Shopify - products, prices, inventory notes, collections, bundles, discount codes, and simple page edits.
- Publish blog posts and improve basic SEO - titles, keywords, tags, internal links.
- Respond quickly to comments, DMs, and reviews with a friendly tone.
- Support basic Meta and Google ad campaigns and refresh creatives.
- Track weekly KPIs - orders, conversion, CTR, AOV, repeat rate - and propose actions.
- Coordinate offline-to-online tactics - flyers, posters, rider box branding, and QR codes.
- Keep menus, hours, and promos accurate across channels.
Requirements
- 0–2 years in social media or digital marketing for a consumer brand.
- Practical experience with Shopify admin and blog publishing.
- Solid copywriting in English; Swahili is a strong plus.
- Canva or CapCut skills with basic photo and video editing.
- Understanding of basic SEO and comfort with GA4 or similar analytics.
- Organized, reliable, and responsive with strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio or 3 links to posts, reels, or blog content you created.
