Our client is a rapidly expanding e-commerce and logistics business, known for providing seamless courier and delivery services across Kenya. As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their operations team with a
Sales Consultant.
The role requires someone tech-savvy, customer-obsessed, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup. 
The role is
fully remote but based in Kenya

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and chat to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders using company-provided insights and data.
- Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including confirmed orders, upsell/cross-sell rates, and revenue targets.
- Participate in team discussions and suggest improvements to boost customer satisfaction and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call centre environment (advantageous, not essential).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confident using digital tools and customer engagement platforms.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Access to a working laptop, computer mouse, stable internet, and noise-cancelling headphones.
- Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to follow company procedures.
