- Master's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sanitation program management, preferably in an international development context.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sanitation projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of water-borne diseases, hygiene promotion, and wastewater management.
- Experience with GIS, CAD, and other relevant technical software is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Passion for improving public health and sanitation outcomes globally.
