This role is dedicated to developing and implementing best-in-class sanitation and hygiene protocols across various environments, ensuring public health and safety standards are met or exceeded. You will be responsible for creating training materials, conducting virtual assessments, and advising on the latest industry best practices for cleaning and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a meticulous planner with a deep understanding of public health regulations, infectious disease control, and environmental hygiene.

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sanitation, hygiene management, or public health.
- In-depth knowledge of infection control principles, hazardous material handling, and waste management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective hygiene programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects remotely, and meet deadlines.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional) is a significant advantage.
- Experience with developing virtual training content.
