- Proven track record of successfully improving chemical processes and achieving significant cost savings or efficiency gains.
- Expertise in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols (e.g., HAZOP) and environmental regulations in the chemical industry.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
