  • Creating engaging and interactive content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, assessments, and multimedia resources.
  • Collaborating with SMEs to translate complex subject matter into clear, concise, and accessible learning content.
  • Developing learning objectives, assessment strategies, and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Utilizing a variety of authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to develop and deliver online courses.
  • Conducting needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to faculty and SMEs on instructional design best practices.
  • Staying current with emerging trends and technologies in online education and instructional design.
  • Ensuring that all learning materials are accessible, inclusive, and meet quality standards.
  • Managing multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse online learning projects.
  • Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
  • Strong multimedia development skills, including video editing and graphic design.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
  • A deep understanding of educational best practices and commitment to student success.
