Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and design.
  • Proven expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and statistical analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
  • Experience with process safety management (PSM) and HAZOP studies.
  • Strong understanding of quality control systems and regulatory compliance in the chemical industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing technical projects remotely.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience with automation and control systems in chemical plants.
