Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate further interview processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.

- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
