Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Remote HR Generalist with a specialization in Talent Acquisition to join their expanding virtual team. This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Kenya. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various open positions across the organization. Your primary focus will be to attract top talent, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, writing compelling job descriptions, posting vacancies on relevant platforms, and actively engaging with potential candidates through various channels. You will conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers. Maintaining accurate candidate records in our HRIS system and generating recruitment reports will also be part of your duties. Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs is a key objective. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with hiring managers and candidates virtually. A strong understanding of current market trends in talent acquisition and employment law is required. This position requires a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote setting. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs and crafting compelling job descriptions to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the offer process. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
