  • Experience with artificial lift methods (ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in a fully remote work environment is highly desirable.
