Responsibilities and Duties
• Deliver individual and group counseling, therapy, and crisis intervention to support diverse client needs.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and design personalized care or support plans.

• Develop and facilitate workplace wellness programs, psycho-education, and training on mental health and related topics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client support.
Preferred qualification
Ø Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Ø Registration or accreditation with a recognized professional body.
Ø Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
Ø Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ø Minimum 3 years' experience in counselling or related role
Ø Experience in training or facilitation is an added advantage.
