Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Director – Program Delivery
Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR)
Work Arrangement: Requires a minimum of 9 working days per month from the Chennai office, with the remaining days flexible to be worked from any of the other listed locations.
Reports to: VP – Program Delivery
About The Role
The Director – Program Delivery will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple software implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering, SQA, and client stakeholders to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality.
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define and manage delivery plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Acentra's delivery frameworks, governance models, and quality standards.
- Support the VP in defining and executing technical and delivery strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tools.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, solution leads, and delivery staff.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and client solutioning efforts.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1 8 + years of experience in software delivery, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in program/project management, preferably in the Healthcare IT domain.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex software implementations.
- Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore).
- Strong understanding of delivery metrics, estimation, and risk management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field (BE/ B.Tech preferred).
