Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process analysis findings, recommended solutions, and achieved results for senior management.
- Ensure all implemented processes comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Drive innovation in process design and implementation to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial process analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency with process modeling and simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python for data analysis).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
