- Significant experience with data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques applied to reservoir engineering challenges.
- Strong understanding of geology, geophysics, and production engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, international team environment.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies is highly desirable.
- A track record of innovation and successful implementation of digital solutions in E&P.
