Job Description
Telemedicine Patient Care Specialists
Join Tribe Wellness Sales as a Telemedicine Patient Care Specialist from anywhere in the world
My name is Christopher Wilbourn, I am the founder and CEO of Tribe Wellness Sales in Austin, TX. I'm looking for Telemedicine Patient Care Specialists to join Tribe Wellness full-time, 40 hours a week, working remotely from wherever you call home to help us recover GLP-1 sales from patients whose online payment declined or abandoned their checkout process.
This isn't just about offering medications to telemedicine patients—it's about being the hero who helps people reclaim their health, guiding customers to sustainable weight loss and vitality while fueling a mission I've poured my heart into for over a decade. If you're passionate about transformative GLP-1 medicine and ready to turn that into a thriving sales career with reliable income and bonuses, this might be your "YES, THAT'S ME" moment.
The Problem We're Solving At Tribe Wellness
We're on a crusade to help people achieve lasting health transformations through innovative telemedicine solutions, including GLP-1 medications that truly deliver results. But here's the rub: too many potential patients start the journey—expressing interest in weight loss or diabetes management—but then drop off, unsure about next steps, facing barriers to access, or lacking the personalized support to commit. That's where our Telemedicine Patient Care Specialists step in to help us close sales and onboard the patients, and that's YOU. Without you, these patients drift, their health goals fade, and our mission to empower real change takes a hit. With you? You're the spark that turns hesitation into action and creates life-changing success for everyone.
Your Role in the Story
Picture this: you're logging in from home, 40 hours a week, with a queue full of Telemedicine Patients who need your help completing the sale for their prescription. You'll connect with patients who've shown interest in GLP-1 medications, walking them through the telemedicine process to assist them with access to prescriptions and achieve their health goals. You'll close telemedicine sales on these transformative GLP-1 treatments, schedule their Doctor's Appointment, and help them overcome obstacles and commit to their journey. You'll convert 40–50% of these calls into sales, driving meaningful volume while earning your base pay plus bonuses.
Here's What You'll Do
Guide:
Call, Text, and Email your queue full of patients for the day, helping them navigate the telemedicine process for GLP-1 medications
Sell:
Close sales of GLP-1 prescriptions and schedule the patient's Doctor's Appointment, earning monthly bonuses based on your sales volume.
Learn:
Master our daily training—college-level sales skills that turn your passion into your income.
Thrive:
Work remotely with our customized CRM and phone system, making an impact from anywhere.
Who You Are (Yes, YOU)
You're the one who feels this in your core. You're obsessed with health transformation and telemedicine—maybe you're a medical assistant, a nutrition coach, or just someone who lives for helping others reclaim their well-being. You've got a spark for sales (experience is a plus, but hunger beats history), and you're ready to learn from a system that's been battle-tested—even offered as college credit at Texas State University in their Sales Masters Program. You're a self-starter driven by growth.
Must-Haves:
Passion for health and telemedicine, solid communication, tech-ready (20,000+ Octane Speed internet, fast computer, headset, backup power).
Schedule:
Pick your 40-hour slot—
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 12pm-9pm
- Tue-Sat 8am-5pm
- Sun-Thu 12pm-9pm (Central Time Zone)
Vibe:
Hardworking, values-driven, ready to help people transform.
Why This Matters
This isn't a side hustle—it's a calling. You'll monetize your love for health innovation, earning
$12–$15
per hour as a base (depending on experience), plus monthly bonuses tied to sales volume (think serious rewards as you grow), while working in an industry that's booming. Tribe's in hyper-growth, and our Patient Care Specialists are the heartbeat—without you, leads slip away, and we stall. With you? You're building a healthier world, one recovered sale at a time, with a team that's got your back and tools that make it fun.
