Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) focused on outbound and inbound appointment-setting.
Coach Inside Sales Representatives consistently to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion—through live feedback, call reviews, regular performance
development sessions, and ongoing quality assurance monitoring to uphold sales standards.
itor key sales performance metrics daily to ensure team productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and consistent pipeline growth.

Job Summary
