  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Train client personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining industrial equipment.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and measurement equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to client locations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks remotely and effectively.
