• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related), Operations Management, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant management or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in managing high-volume production environments, preferably in the automotive sector.
