Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo's 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. **About the Role**
We're looking for a Logistics Transformation Manager to help shape the future of how we move, store and deliver the products that bring our brands to life around the world.
In this role, you'll sit at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless end-to-end movement of goods from sourcing materials internationally to delivering finished products to our customers. You'll bring both strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving, working across functions to improve efficiency, unlock innovation, and deliver transformation at scale.
As a Transformation Manager you will:
+ Drive transformation across logistics operations, from supplier to customer, delivering sustainable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in logistics best practices, integrating your knowledge with related disciplines to deliver cross-functional success.
