You should be proficient in various Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools, enabling seamless delivery of training programs to a geographically dispersed audience. Experience in assessing learning needs, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing constructive feedback to apprentices and program stakeholders is essential. You will work closely with department heads to understand skill gaps and align training initiatives with organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, along with a passion for fostering professional growth and development. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs and materials for apprenticeship cohorts.
  • Create innovative e-learning modules, virtual workshops, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks.
  • Facilitate live online training sessions, webinars, and group discussions, fostering an interactive learning environment.
  • Provide individual coaching and mentorship to apprentices, supporting their skill development and career progression.
  • Assess learning needs and identify skill gaps within apprentice groups and across the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods and feedback mechanisms.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for program delivery and tracking.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy.
  • Stay current with best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and apprenticeship program management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and facilitating apprenticeship or trainee programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and e-learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in using LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Experience in curriculum development and needs analysis.
