- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on the arts, entertainment, or cultural sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that achieved significant engagement and conversions.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, suitable for a remote team.
