Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target KPIs.
- Lead the creation and execution of engaging content marketing initiatives.

- Drive lead generation efforts through various digital channels.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive significant business results.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities, particularly in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovative marketing approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and complex projects.
