Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development projects, from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, detailed scheduling, resource allocation, and budget forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure development projects (e.g., construction, utilities, transportation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, risk management, and quality control for complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse, remote teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
